MentoringCircles is a key strategy for CRIEC.

New skilled immigrants connect with professionals from Calgary in mentee/mentor relationships. The goal is for the mentor to provide information, ideas and tips on how to be employment ready.

Unlike other mentor strategies, MentoringCircles are a shorter commitment, where a group of mentors meet a cohort of mentees once per week. These are often 5 – 6 week programs and facilitated by CRIEC.
