Community Partners
We work to ensure our Community Partners can meet their organizational objectives. These relationships are not formal partnerships, but instead are collaborations or connections based on common objectives.
Our Community Partners, which include ethno-specific professional groups, immigrant serving or mainstream providers, post-secondary schools, community development organizations, researchers and academics, benefit from a range of strategies and initiatives. We hold bi-monthly learning sessions where we share emerging best practices in programming, employer engagement and other areas of interest to our colleagues. We also facilitate workshops from leading experts on topics ranging from diversity and inclusion in the workplace to project management fundamentals in the sector itself. And we offer on-going support by way of hands-on workshops with clients of our Community Partners in career path planning as well as our 101 Learning Series.
Together with all our Community Partners, large and small, we strive to ensure the sector remains robust and relevant to those whom we serve.
